About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join our expanding team. You’ll manage a varied caseload involving estate planning, administration of estates, and related private client work, while delivering an approachable and personal service to our clients.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in
Drafting and reviewing wills and trusts for legal compliance.
Advising on estate planning and tax implications.
Assisting with the probate process and court filings.
Administering estates, including asset distribution and debt settlement.
Collaborating with financial advisors to create comprehensive estate plans.
In-person role
Able to work independently with secretarial support
Manage own caseload
Ability to network and support client acquisition
Must hold a practicing certificate (CiLEx or solicitor qualifications) for at least 3 years

We are a small, locally run law firm based on the South Coast, with offices in Lee-on-the-Solent and Gosport. Our team provides a wide range of legal services and prides itself on offering practical, approachable, and professional support to our clients.
