About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable General Administrator to support our growing legal team. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative assistance across a range of departments, with a particular focus on Conveyancing / Wills, Trusts & Probate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and some legal experience to join a friendly, supportive team in a growing local law firm. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver an efficient and professional service to our clients.
Requirements
Experience working with a Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts, and Probate team
Ability to perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
File Opening
Conflict Checks
Client Care Letters
Some experience in the legal field is necessary
Must be able to be in the office 5 days a week

We are a small, locally run law firm based on the South Coast, with offices in Lee-on-the-Solent and Gosport. Our team provides a wide range of legal services and prides itself on offering practical, approachable, and professional support to our clients.
Since opening our doors in February 2023, we’ve grown steadily and are now looking to expand our team. We’re seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, ambition, and a desire to progress within the company.
