Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in all aspect of property matters including buying and selling property, re-mortgages, right to buy property purchases and transfers of ownership.
Having worked in the local property market for over 25 years, Andrew has good working relationships with local estate agents, financial advisers and other property lawyers. All of these connections enable matters to proceed more smoothly.
Andrew has lived and worked locally all his life and has a wealth of knowledge regarding property in the area.
Outside of work he enjoys watching sport and taking long walks with his dogs.
